BRIEF:
Education Open House is an educational one-day event where several speakers and classes take place every year. The theme of the event in 2023 focused on how art and music can intersect with AI tools.

ROLE:
Lead designer from start to finish. I worked on the logo lockup, color palette, patterns, and all of the applications (individual project). I was part of the in-house Lincoln Center design team.

TIMING:
I had to present two concepts within three days. Once one was approved, I spent about two and a half weeks producing all of the collateral on my own (I got the brief just a month before the event).

CREDITS:
Art Director, Pat Morin.
This was my mood board
Reduced LC Presents color palette, and a little ode to the RGB color model
Multiple logo lockups for different sizes of collateral
Approved logo color combinations and proper usage (always placed on a dark background for legibility)
I used pixel-based, tech-inspired patterns to add depth and texture to the composition. The layered grids and waveforms give it a digital, AI-generated feel, while the imperfect alignment and added rectangles make it look like a glitchy screen or a digital message board
Since this was back in 2023, when open-use AIs were just starting to roll out and most couldn’t generate images yet, I created the background manually in Photoshop
On-site applications for the day of the event
